Evolve Marketing presents:

ENERGY:  How to Optimize Your Energy Through Nutrition, Lifestyle

and Fitness Choices

A morning of health and wellness with Karim Fugel, CHHC and Lawrence Ruck, D.C.

Friday, July 10th from 9:30a.m. – noon.

At the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown, New York

455 South Broadway

“When our diet changes, everything changes,” said Fugel.  “The food we eat literally becomes our cells, blood tissues, organs and even our thoughts.”

“Inundated with quick fix fads and miracle diet/energy pills, we often find it difficult to figure out what’s right for our health,” said Dr. Ruck. “On top of that,

packed schedules and fast paced lives make it easy for us to lose focus on sensible, effective approaches to fitness, food choices, and energy balance.”

The seminar is designed to answer questions about optimal health and wellness.  Whether attendees exercise casually or are preparing to run a marathon,

it is vital for them to make healthy food choices and lifestyle decisions that create more energy and balance, thus reducing stress and anxiety.

Karim Fugel, CHHC, has cultivated the vital correlation between food and living a life of balance in order to achieve optimal health.  She brings a lifetime love of learning

how food affects every aspect of our lives to her work.  She has studied with Andrew Weil, MD, Deepak Chopra, MD and Marion Nestle,

and uses this knowledge to find which food and lifestyle choices help clients achieve an energized life. Karim is certified by Teachers College Columbia University

in partnership with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
