WEATHER PERMITTING...Swing by the music tent at 9:30 a.m. to hear local nutritionist and health counselor Karim H. Fugel's talk on navigating the various produce vendors at the farmers market. Fugel is a strong proponent of "getting to know your farmer." She will help demystify terms like "biodynamic" and "certified natural." She'll also share her "Dirty Dozen" list -- a list of those 12 fruits and vegetables you should really try and buy organic whenever possible.
